AMOS Operation Services
AMOS Operation Services (AOS), a service offered by Swiss-AS, covers a predefined set of tasks related to the administration of the application AMOS and the underlying database (Sybase).
Business Consulting
Swiss-AS helps its customers to get the most out of their AMOS investment on all levels by providing reliable consultancy services not only during the implementation project, but also for the complete life cycle of AMOS, including management consulting, process analysis and system audits.
Customer Support
AMOS customers are provided with a comprehensive support package through an AMOS Online Support tool and an AMOS Online Documentation.
Data Transfer
There is a common understanding that the task of data migration must not be underestimated in the process of implementing a new software solution. Swiss-AS uses an innovative and advanced migration tool which eases the data transfer from the legacy system to AMOS. In addition Swiss-AS has gained substantial knowledge over the years perfecting the best possible data migration procedure and will assist customers in making the right decisions when it comes to planning the data transfer project.
Interfacing
Customers of Swiss-AS are provided with a wide spectrum of generic interfaces which promotes an easy integration of AMOS into the customers’ existing system environments.
Project Management
The Swiss-AS’ project management standards have ensured that all AMOS implementation processes have been crowned with success and were achieved within budget. Our approach vis-à-vis the customer is above all personal and flexible.
Release Change Support
Swiss-AS offers a range of on-site and off-site support services in the context of AMOS release changes that ensure a smooth and successful upgrade to new versions of the product.
System Customisation
Though AMOS is a best-of-breed solution based on industry-best practice, we are always ready to adjust the system to customer-specific requirements. Apart from basic customisations (insertion of customer logo and company/authority address, adjustment of working forms, CRS statement etc.), we offer a full range of additional services.
