AMOS E-Learning Simplifies Training
AMOS e-learning (web based training) has mainly two functions.

Firstly, new customers can implement AMOS quickly and efficiently, and thereby reduce the time and costs that could arise in the context of classic classroom training.

Secondly, current AMOS customers can use e-learning to assist new employees in the acquisition of basic AMOS knowledge. They can be trained immediately without the need to allocate valuable resources to travelling costs, and the loss of the individual to the daily business.

High Quality through Blended Learning
AMOS e-learning has been developed as a blended learning approach. This means that knowledge gained in e-learning, can be combined with specialised on-site training sessions in order to achieve an ideal training experience.

All that is required for an e-learning session is a computer with an internet connection, Flash® Player and a set of headphones.

Interactive E-Learning
All courses are highly interactive with a combination of animation and exercises that help to raise knowledge retention.

A final test is also incorporated at the end of each course. This allows the participant to self-assess their individual level of knowledge and also provide the company with solid feedback.

The interactive learning method is currently available in English. In order to reach as many users as possible, including non-native English speakers, the dialogue has been kept simple and articulate.

Fast Performance
Registering for an e-learning training course is simple.

Specify the number of participants and Swiss-AS will issue an RFS (Request for Service). Once the RFS is approved, we will send an email to each participant with the relevant access information. We will of course require the full name and e-mail address of each participant.

Traceable Progress
To ensure transparent project performance and to track the results of all participants during extended training projects, Swiss-AS, on request, can provide a learning status report.
