Component Maintenance

The AMOS Component Maintenance module (CROM, Component Repair, Overhaul and Manufacture) supports all maintenance, repair and overhaul activities performed in a shop environment. Fully integrated with the rest of AMOS, it helps organisations plan shop projects, manage capacity and coordinate work efficiently for both in-house and third-party maintenance.

For external customers, AMOS enables the creation of quotations and invoices and links these processes to financial management through project administration.

A key focus of the module is maximising shop throughput while maintaining high quality. It is tightly connected to logistics, maintenance and planning, ensuring seamless coordination across the organisation. Integration with serialised inventory control supports accurate tracking of high-value components such as engines and landing gears, where full history, traceability and performance data are essential for reliability and cost management.
