Aircraft maintenance is cost intensive, and AMOS provides the financial management tools needed to control these costs across all maintenance activities. The system supports cost and warranty tracking, invoice generation, stock value determination and integration with the customer’s financial accounting environment.

All cost-related data from work orders, work packages and projects flows into the Billing module, where invoices can be generated based on a clear hierarchy of billing rules. Rates and conditions can be applied at general, customer, contract or quotation level to ensure accurate and transparent billing.

AMOS offers a fully integrated and customisable interface to external accounting systems, enabling the daily transfer of invoices and all financially relevant transactions. A built-in consistency check ensures that every stock movement is accounted for, supporting clean financial data and reliable cost control.
