Labour is one of the largest cost drivers in any maintenance organisation. AMOS supports efficient workforce planning by ensuring that the right skills are available at the right time. The Human Resources module brings together all labour-related functions, fully integrated across AMOS. This includes staff management, shift planning, time and attendance and training management.

Staff Management allows organisations to define and track qualifications, licences and training events for technicians. Time and Attendance offers interfaces to external HR systems such as time-punch machines or payroll applications, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow.

Shift Planning is designed to match staffing levels with daily workload. Clock-in and clock-out processes can be supported by barcode or badge readers, reducing manual effort and eliminating double entry. Together, these capabilities help maintenance organisations allocate resources effectively, strengthen compliance and operate more efficiently.
