Maintenance Control

The AMOS Maintenance Control module is the central tool for monitoring fleet reliability and ensuring uninterrupted airworthiness. It serves as the operational link between flight crews and maintenance teams, acting as the first point of contact when technical issues arise. Cockpit crews rely on Maintenance Control for daily communication, support and troubleshooting guidance.

AMOS helps MCC controllers to resolve defects quickly and accurately through Event Tracking, experience-based information and the integrated Failure Case Manager. The module supports the tracking and prioritisation of Deferred Defects, MEL items and other troubleshooting cases, enabling timely and well-informed decisions.

Thanks to its high level of integration, AMOS provides additional tools for deeper analysis and operational steering, including root-cause analysis, solution packages and Return-on-Investment (ROI) calculations. This strengthens real-time decision-making and supports a more reliable and efficient operation.
