The AMOS Production module supports the full execution of Line and Base Maintenance. It ensures a smooth handover from Planning to Production and provides all functions required to manage troubleshooting, track progress and complete work packages efficiently.

AMOS supports traditional paper-based processes but also offers advanced digital workflows. AMOSmobile/EXEC (optional) enables real-time recording of performed work. Work Time Tracking and Work Time Progress provide full visibility of task status, time spent and remaining workload, enabling more accurate forecasting.

Depending on the organisation’s processes, technicians can remove and install parts, request parts directly from stores or document actions electronically. AMOS also offers an integrated e-signature solution for fast, secure and paperless completion of work orders. Work can be edited or closed digitally and stored as PDF/A, helping organisations streamline processes and work in line with best industry practice.
